How to resolve NQESH Examination concern
Pre-NQESH
You will receive the examination email three days before the examination.
The test link name has “test.hravatar.com” in the URL provided in the middle body of the email.
The Examination email subject is “NQESH Examination Link”
If the NQESH Examination email is missing, first, check your spam/folder/delete. It might have been filtered.
Confirm the accuracy of the provided email address during registration. Typos or errors can cause communication issues.
Check your application by simply searching on the windows “Safe Exam Browser”. If not installed, download and install it from the link provided by the NQESH Examination email before the exam.
Yes, you will need to reinstall the latest version of SEB in order to properly launch the exam.
You can bring backup devices.
You can only use a laptop to take the exam.
Your main source of internet connection is your Hotspot.

Yes, but you can only use one device during the exam.
Yes. As long as your mobile device is at the designated table for hotspots.
You will know the start of examination once the Room Examiner announce the time which is 8:30 am.
No, the exam link will be active at 9:00 AM.

Your test key may be inactive due to expiration or incorrect entry of the date. Ensure the key is valid and hasn’t expired. If issues persist, contact the exam provider for assistance.
You need to remember your misspelling or typo to inform your Room Examiner after you take the test.
Your internet connection might be slow due to the connectivity of the testing site. You can switch to your backup hotspot or try a different internet service provider.
Your internet connection got disconnected due to a weak signal from the testing site. You don’t have to worry since your answer is saved locally in the system. Just regain your internet connection before finishing the test.
None. There is only a 3-hour time limit for the whole test.
No. The responses are saved locally to the platform as long as you don’t clear any cache in your device.
Feel free to switch between devices. If you were online while answering the exam on one device and switched to another, you could seamlessly continue from where you left off. However, if you were offline during the switch, you will be directed to the question about where you were last online.
Ask permission from the Room Examiner to go to the comfort room, and don’t bring any devices once you go outside.
Yes, you can take breaks. But it will consume your time as well since the examination is time-bound until 12:00 p.m. only.
Yes. Every time you exit the exam and relaunch, you will still ask the Room Examiner to reauthorize.
Call the attention of the Room Examiner to assist you in unlocking.
Only two SEB locks are allowed for unlocking or reauthorization.
In the event of a system crash during the exam, the Lead Roving IT has to immediately inform the ASEAMETRICS for guidance and resolution.
Post-NQESH
A prompt will pop out and inform you that the exam link has expired.
You will receive a confirmation email at your email address stating that you have completed the exam.
You must first reconnect to a stable internet connection and relaunch the exam in order to submit and upload your answers. Wait for a prompt that will inform you that your answer have been successfully uploaded by the platform, and check your email for the confirmation email.
