On Tuesday, 20 July, ASEAMETRICS hosted Day 2 of DARE to Transform Webinar Series with its theme “Digital Mindset Diagnosis: Assessing Talents and Organizations for Digital Transformation” which centred on two topics linked to organizational transformation and talent development.

The first topic was about Organizational Dimensions for Nurturing a Digital Mindset facilitated by Jim Ferrell, Founder of Withiii Leadership Center. Jim Ferrell discussed the integrative approach of four-dimensional strategies (the transformational compass). “The inside and outside on both individuals and collective sides of the organization yield the four quadrants that are always at play no matter what we are trying to change – this includes digital transformation,” said Jim Ferrell.

The second topic was about Identifying and Developing Talent with a Digital Mindset by Senthiyl SSG, Director of Arbinger Institute Singapore. Senthiyl focused on attitude and behaviours, which Arbinger refers to as “mindset”. “Working with an outward mindset means we achieve our objectives in a way that enables those we work with to achieve theirs as well. It means we have the necessary capabilities; we affect others positively and put forth the required effort,” said Senthiyl. “We should be able to measure capability, impact, and effort – including assessment of Outward Mindset and Digital Adaptability in identifying and developing talents,” he added.

It was announced that DARE TO TRANSFORM will have a Day 3 to continue the DARE strategy of ASEAMETRICS as the theme for the webinar series.
